2. Snatch
60 Reps – DB Snatch
Male – 1 x 15kg/35lbs
Female – 1 x 9kg/20lbs

3. Goblet Squat
60 Reps – KB Squat
Male – 1 x 16kg/35lbs
Female – 1 x 12kg/26lbs

4. Push Press
60 Reps – DB Push Press
Male – 2 x 12.5kg/30lbs
Female – 2 x 6kg/15lbs

5. Clean & Press
60 Reps – WP Clean & Press

You dive in by trying a few Deadly Dozen workouts, maybe even simulating a race to get a taste of the challenge.
Next, you push your limits with the Deadly Fitness Test (DFT) in a gym setting. As you progress, you step up to compete in an official Deadly Dozen Gym Race, and finally, you’re ready to take on the whole experience by signing up for a Deadly Dozen Track Race.
