- No bad attitudes – We run a strict no d**khead policy, which means if you act like one, its likely we’ll ask you to leave. We expect you to NOT judge others and we won’t tolerate members being made to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable.
- Respect our gym – We work hard to ensure the gym is clean and tidy please ensure you return equipment to it’s home once you have finished with it and use the spray and blue roll provided to wipe equipment down.
- Think hygiene – Please ensure you wash your hands, ESPECIALLY after visiting the toilet. (We all know what mainstream gyms are like).

Our Mission
Unlike most gyms or PT’s who treat joining a gym like ordering food off a menu we do things a little different.
